Efrat is a senior researcher in the field of evaluation with over a decade of experience in evaluating social projects in various fields such as education, welfare, the environment, and others. She has extensive experience in guiding organizations through the process of constructing internal instruments for measurement and evaluation and also specializes in the evaluation of governmental, municipal, and philanthropic programs.
Efrat holds a BA in psychology and philosophy and an MA in research psychology from the Hebrew University. She has been assisting the Institute as an evaluation researcher since 2008 and joined it as a full-time researcher in 2017.
