Head of Assessment and Evaluation
Efrat Saar has been with the Institute since 2008 in the area of evaluation studies, with expertise in social project evaluation and strategy evaluation of government, municipal and philanthropic programs.
As part of her work, Efrat conducts applied workshops and courses in evaluation, and advises organizations in the process of building internal assessment and evaluation processes, and in defining success measures for their activity.
Efrat holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy, and a master’s degree in psychology on the academic research track, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
