Netta holds an MA in Economics, with a major in Gender Studies, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. As a researcher with vast experience working with government and public agencies, Netta devotes her time to studying social and economic issues, specializing in employment-economics, education economics, and program effectiveness evaluation.
Netta joined the Jerusalem Institute following her work at Pareto Group as Head of Economic-Strategic Team and as a researcher at the Brookdale Institute.
