Orly is the manager of the global, Israeli, and graduate fellowship programs at the Milken Innovation Center of the Jerusalem Institute for Policy Research.
As programs manager, Orly leads the recruitment and selection process of fellowship cohorts, accepting academics with a BA degree and above. Orly also creates and develops ties with the government ministries and organizations in which the fellows intern, while locating the appropriate mentor for each fellow. In addition, Orly develops the annual training programs, which include lectures and weekly tours. Throughout each year, Orly oversees the fellows by providing content and receiving feedback, and also guides them as they write their researches, until they produce the required professional report.
Orly founded the fellow graduates’ organization and constantly acts to maintain it. The organization currently has hundreds of graduates who meet at least once a year at a main conference.
