Former Deputy Director General of Government Relations and Public Affairs
Racheli Hacohen worked as the Vice President of government relations and public affairs. She holds a degree in Law from Hebrew University.
As part of her role as VP of Government and Communications, Racheli managed the institute’s Impact team. Prior to this position, she managed government relations at the institute. Racheli has extensive experience working with government agencies, Knesset members, and nonprofits for the promotion of policy, legislation, and cross-cutting processes.
Prior to her work at the Institute, she worked as an attorney for the ‘National Council for the Child‘ where she managed legal and policy research (2017-2018) and the Child Victim Assistance Center (2014-2016), was a partner in establishing the “Youth Parliament”, and has been a member of many steering committees and coalitions dealing with the issues of children and youth in various aspects (minors at risk, education, etc.) Prior to that, she worked in the Knesset Legal Bureau (2012-2013).
