Steven is a senior fellow and project director at the Milken Innovation Center of the Jerusalem Institute for Policy Research. Zecher has extensive experience in urban and regional development policy, project finance, small-business and real-estate lending, public finance and financial management, and economic and community development.
Zecher has previously held professional positions in local, regional, and state governments in the United States and consulted with private business, developers, and government bodies and economic think tanks on economic development and finance. Zecher focuses on regional development, social finance, infrastructure and environmental finance, housing and community development, and capital market strategies.
