Tal is the Co-Director of the Arab Community at NOAL Youth Movement (Hanoar Haoved Vehalomed).
Tal’s work bridges fieldwork, research and policy on Arab society in Israel, leading research and projects on education and non-formal education, identity and socialization among Arab youth, and the challenges shaping relations between Arab society and the Israeli state.Tal also advises on Hebrew language pedagogy for Arabic speakers.
