Researcher
Dr. Ehud Segal joined the institute as a researcher in early 2022. Prior to joining the institute, he worked at a social-financial startup as a Blockchain Governance Researcher where he defined and developed a Governance platform bringing together decentralized, democratic and corporate governance.
Ehud holds a Ph.D. in public policy from the Hebrew University (2017). As a researcher and analyst of public policy, he has extensive experience applying research and evaluation methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative, and combining them as needed. Ehud’s areas of research include, among others: earthquake preparedness and strengthening residential buildings policies; human resource management and training of civil servants; work methodologies for public service task forces; and air quality and road safety policies.
