The Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Environmental Policy Center (EPC) of the Jerusalem Institute for Israel Studies (JIIS) would like to invite you to join a seminar for invited experts on the preparation and use of Outlooks for long term strategic planning.
The seminar with focus on such topics as:
-Coping with uncertainty in long term strategic planning
-Incremental versus radical transformation
-Developing policy coherence to enhance integration and overcome ‘silos’
-The roles of global and national outlooks
-Identifying the costs of inaction
-Creating an ongoing process
-Gaining commitment of governments, business leaders and civil society
The seminar will be led by experts from the OECD and from Israel, including:
